On May 8, the Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University will gather lawmakers, policy experts, and city stakeholders from across the country in Washington, D.C. to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the federal Digital Accountability & Transparency (DATA) Act of 2014 – the nation’s first open data law.

Join us at the new Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg Center on Pennsylvania Avenue to celebrate the accomplishments of the DATA Act, discuss lessons learned for developing robust data strategies, and explore recommendations for enhancing policy to make public sector data more connected and beneficial, particularly for local governments.
